What payment methods do you accept?

Our store is directly integrated with Paypal which allows you to pay directly with your Paypal account or credit card. You do NOT need a Paypal account to make a purchase from our store.

What shipping options are available?

All of our shipments are made using Canada Post. The default shipping method is Canada Post Regular, but you have the option of choosing Canada Post Express at an additional cost.

How secure is my online order?

Paypal has one of the best reputations providing online merchant services. The provide one of the most secure online shopping experiences which gives you the peace of mind when using our store. If there is a problem with my order, can I return the merchandise?

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items that have been washed or worn will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. For further information please contact support@seventrees.ca
